synapse for GTM

Automate your GTM workflows.

Define the GTM workflows your team relies on. synapse runs them reproducibly across every account, campaign, and rep.

Workflow lifecycle

How a workflow runs in synapse.

1

Workflow definition

Your team codifies the best-in-class play once

2

Trigger

A schedule, signal, or human kicks off a run

3

Context retrieval

Pulls the right account, history, and policy

4

Agent execution

Drafts, routes, and writes back to your systems

5

Human approval

Owner reviews and signs off before it ships

How it works

A workflow runtime for GTM teams.

Each workflow has triggers, context inputs, execution steps, and approval gates. Your team specifies the workflow. synapse runs it: pulls context from your existing systems, executes drafting and routing steps, pauses at the approvals you mark, and writes results back.

Workflows

Defined by your team

Specify triggers, context inputs, execution steps, and approval gates.

Context

Pulled from your systems

Each workflow reads the relevant account data, history, and policy from your existing tools at runtime.

Approvals

Human review built in

Mark the steps that need owner sign-off. Everything else runs automatically and is logged.

Audit

Every run logged

See triggers, inputs, agent outputs, approvals, and writes-back for each run.

Use cases

Workflows GTM teams run on synapse.

AEO Visibility Monitor — weekly probe of Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI; scores brand mention share against competitors with week-over-week delta

Intent Discovery — surfaces competitor content angles and emerging keywords across LLM search engines

Keyword-to-Content Engine — from a target keyword and your positioning, draft a content brief through to a publishable post

Prospect Research Pipeline — per-account research that pulls funding, headcount, GTM motion, and recent signals into a structured brief

Signal-to-Outreach — trigger on a third-party signal (HN, Reddit, intent feeds), look up positioning, draft personalized outreach for approval

Account Health & Renewal — recurring check on usage, support, and contract signals; produces a renewal brief for the owner

Templates

Four GTM workflow templates in detail.

Each template defines triggers, steps, tool calls, and approval points. Deploy as-is, edit any step, swap tools, or fork into your own variant.

AEO Visibility Monitor

Probes Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI every Monday to measure how often synapse appears in AI-generated answers versus competitors. Produces a visibility report with per-engine scores and week-over-week delta.

  1. 01Schedule trigger fires Monday 08:00 UTC
  2. 02Query AI Engines — runs category queries across Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI
  3. 03Analyze Results — scores brand mention share and identifies the competitor leader
  4. 04Present Report — writes a visibility artifact with per-engine scores and W/W delta

Intent Discovery

Maps who ranks for your target keywords across LLM search engines weekly. Computes delta vs. the previous run and writes a prioritised keyword artifact to the context layer for the Keyword-to-Content Engine to consume.

  1. 01Schedule trigger fires Monday 08:00 UTC
  2. 02Probe Keyword Engines — fans out across Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI
  3. 03Compute Delta — compares results against the previous run and recent context changes
  4. 04Write Intent Discovery Artifact — stores prioritised keywords and angles in the context layer
PerplexityGeminiClaudeOpenAI

Prospect Research Pipeline

Given a LinkedIn profile URL, looks up the person, researches their company and role signals, and produces a structured battlecard for outreach.

  1. 01Input — LinkedIn profile URL
  2. 02Look Up LinkedIn Profile — extracts name, title, company, history, recent signals
  3. 03Research Company & Role Signals — funding stage, headcount, GTM motion, news, open roles
  4. 04Synthesize Battlecard — structured brief grounded in positioning and ICP fit

Signal-to-Outreach

Trigger on a third-party signal (HN thread, intent feed, social mention), pull positioning from the context layer, and draft personalised outreach for approval.

  1. 01Webhook or signal trigger fires (e.g. HN frustration thread, intent feed)
  2. 02Pull positioning and ICP context from the context layer
  3. 03Draft personalised outreach referencing the specific signal
  4. 04Human approval gate — owner reviews in Slack
  5. 05On approval — enroll in sequencer and write a task back to the CRM

FAQ

Common questions from GTM teams.

What does synapse do for GTM teams?

Your team defines GTM workflows — triggers, context inputs, execution steps, and approval gates. synapse runs them across accounts, campaigns, and reps, pulling context from your existing tools, running the agent steps, routing human approvals, and writing results back.

Do I need to replace my CRM or sequencer?

No. synapse reads from and writes to the tools you already use — HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, Loops, Slack, and others. Workflows call these tools as steps; the data of record stays where it lives.

Can I edit the workflow templates?

Yes. Every template is a sequence of steps you can reorder, swap, or replace. Edit triggers, swap tools per step, change which agent runs which step, or fork a template into your own variant.

Where do humans approve?

At the steps you mark as approval gates. Each gate routes to an owner in Slack or in-app, pauses execution, and resumes on sign-off. Everything between gates runs automatically and is logged for audit.

What workflows ship out of the box?

AEO Visibility Monitor, Intent Discovery, Keyword-to-Content Engine, Prospect Research Pipeline, Content Approval Pipeline, and CS Renewal. Each is a published template you can deploy from the marketplace, edit, or fork.

What systems does each workflow read from at runtime?

Depends on the workflow. The LLM probe workflows (AEO Visibility, Intent Discovery) hit Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI. Prospect Research reads LinkedIn and your CRM. Content workflows read your positioning and ICP from the context layer. Any step declares which tools and skills it calls.

Is this in production?

We’re in early access. The runtime, the templates above, and the listed integrations are running for design partners — join the waitlist for an evaluation slot.
