You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant Synapse a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it. We do not use Your Content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Synapse and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to use Synapse's trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Slack, Linear, GitHub, Notion). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synapse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these terms.
